greatnews A Message from the Executive Director Spring is the season for new beginnings and growth, and this is apparent in Kap-pa Delta. Our colonies are taking root on their campuses and showing signs that they will develop into strong, vi-able members of their communities; our existing chapters have successfully grown their memberships through spring recruitment; and new chapter officers are dig-ging into their roles, undertaking the challenges of their offices. Kappa Delta offers all of us an opportunity for new beginnings and growth. Alumnae are invited to join alumnae chapters where they can cultivate new friendships and volunteer with chapter advisory boards or house corporations where they can nurture Kappa Deltas at the collegiate level. Opportunities abound for us to make a difference by enhancing the lives of our members, positively impacting the communities we serve, and transforming the sorority into a greater and better Kappa Delta. In a few months, we will host the 60th Biennial National Con-vention in Boston, June 27-July 1. As we host the ultimate KD girls getaway, we'll bring together sisters from across the coun-try. National Convention is a time to strengthen the bonds of sisterhood and celebrate the wonderful friendships that we have made through Kappa Delta. These are exciting times, and I encourage you to not miss a moment of all that Kappa Delta has to offer. Please stay in touch with KD by keeping your contact information up to date at members.kappadelta.org and follow us on Facebook and Twitter.
