MILESTONE CELEBRATIONS 1). WHITE ROSE CIRCLE A three-day reunion brought together White Rose Circle KDs who joined Alpha Kappa-Oregon State during the 1960s. They cruised along the Willamette River aboard the Spirit of Portland, toured the chapter house where they marveled over its renovations, and enjoyed meals together. Carolyn Green Hurst says: "Friendships were happily renewed and promises made to get together again . . . We celebrated our 50-year sisterhood with laughter, hugs and white roses." 2). BIRTHDAY PARTY Turning 50 gave these Sigma Iota-Washington KDs a great reason to meet in Newport Beach, California, for a group birthday celebration.
